LOCAL ANHEUSER-BUSCH DISTRIBUTOR TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY CANS OF DRINKING WATER TO AID VICTIMS OF HURRICANE MICHAEL

Midway, FL– Beginning Saturday, October 13, the local Anheuser-Busch distributor, Tri-Eagle Sales, will have emergency cans of drinking water available for residents affected by Hurricane Michael. The emergency cans of water are being delivered from the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Cartersville, Georgia.

Anheuser-Busch’s emergency relief program has provided 79 million emergency cans of water to affected areas in times of natural disasters over the last 30 years. Anheuser-Busch is partnering with the American Red Cross in this emergency water program. The American Red Cross is the nation’s premier emergency response organization and has distinguished itself through its humanitarian aid to victims of devastating natural disasters.

The Tri-Eagle Sales facility, located in Midway, will be open for community members to receive emergency cases of drinking water on Saturday, October 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tri-Eagle Sales is coordinating with the local branch of the American Red Cross, Emergency Operations Center, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office to have emergency cans of drinking water available at other locations.  Over 2,000 cases of the emergency cases of drinking water will be donated.
