DARK DOOR SMOKED RUM

Our first rum had to embody the unique style we use in all of our spirits. We start with Florida cane sugar, distilled in our pot still and then hand smoke each barrel to create a rum filled with flavors of burnt wood, brown sugar, and vanilla.
